Determine the installation direction: The water meter should be installed horizontally, with the dial facing up, and the direction of the arrow on the meter case should be consistent with the direction of water flow in the pipe. Do not install it in reverse.
Fix the water meter: Use a wrench to fix the water meter on the pipe to ensure a firm connection.
Connect the pipe: Use a pipe clamp to clamp the water pipe, connect the water inlet and outlet, and apply PVC glue or other sealing materials to ensure sealing.
Install a straight pipe section: Install a certain length of straight pipe section before and after the water meter. A straight pipe of no less than 10 times the diameter of the water meter should be left before the meter, and a straight pipe of no less than 5 times the diameter of the water meter should be left after the meter.
Install the valve: Install valves at the upstream and downstream of the water pipe to facilitate water flow control.
